CSS officers earn competitive salaries, starting at around PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000 per month (BPS-17). With allowances, this can reach PKR 80,000 to PKR 120,000. As officers advance to higher ranks (BPS-18 to BPS-22), their salaries rise, with senior officers earning over PKR 200,000 monthly.
